After buying a studio that already had fitDEGREE set up, I found myself with a ton of questions. I’m really glad this was the system in place! We faced some significant challenges during the transition, but it wasn’t due to fitDEGREE. When those problems arose, I could reach out to someone for help to determine the best way forward. Nick guided me through everything, provided reassurance that they would handle it, and truly went the extra mile! I can’t praise fitDEGREE enough! Whenever I have inquiries, I can shoot an email, and they reply quickly, often with a detailed video tutorial. Big thanks to fitDEGREE!!!

Overall, a fantastic experience. Their support team is really impressive. Communication has been excellent. On the software side, we’re loving every bit of it. It’s super easy to use. In the brief time we’ve been using it, we’ve noticed our clients are getting more involved. We’re seeing a decrease in the marketing effort required to fill our workshops and events. Transitioning from MindBody has been a win in every way.

Honestly speaking, there are just way too many steps to get things done. It feels like quite the ordeal. Sometimes the app doesn’t load properly. I’d really appreciate it if there were more color options linked to the classes. Also, I wish the app had a fresh look when checking out the classes. A weekly calendar feature would be awesome too. Plus, it’d be great to change my classes right from my phone instead of having to log into my account or use my computer.
What’s good? The customer service is really helpful and they usually respond to me pretty fast. The price for using the service seems reasonable.

I truly appreciate the warmth and commitment of the FitDegree team. It really eases the stress of customer service! That said, it can be a bit challenging on weekends when no one is available for urgent issues.

I also feel there are a couple of features that could enhance the app. For instance, being able to personalize confirmation emails would be super helpful (our building has a security code, so it’s tricky when we can’t include extra details in the confirmation). Maybe there could be a spot to add studio info next to the phone number or address? Another useful addition would be to show canceled classes instead of just making them vanish from the app. Overall, I’d definitely recommend FitDegree. It’s been a real game changer for us!

I made the switch from Zen Planner and I'm REALLY happy about it. This app/software is super user-friendly for everything I need at a reasonable cost. The only reason I rated it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I hope it can manage merchandise inventory in the future.

I gotta say, this feels almost too good to be real. We checked out a ton of software companies, and you ended up being the last one we looked at... saved the best for last, right? The features on your app are top-notch. They really resonate with students since it fits right into their everyday social media habits... they’re always in the loop. Plus, all those extra features like adding friends, checking class capacity, and event postings that look like ads are just fantastic. I’m super excited to try out the video promos. Managing 5 studios with over 40 instructors makes it tough to get the word out about sales, workshops, and events, but now students will see everything every time they log in... BAM! Huge thanks for guiding us through this process. FD is gonna take the market by storm soon... best of luck!

In the summer of 2021, we switched from Mindbody to Fitdegree. Honestly, it’s one of the smartest choices I’ve made for my two studios. The software is super easy to use for both admins and clients. The customer support team at FD is top-notch, and we’re saving a ton of cash!
